This Privacy Policy explains how Auto Flow for ChatGPT ("the Extension") processes information.

We minimize data collection and access information only as needed to provide the Extension's features.

1. Information Processed

When you use the Extension, it may process:

• Prompts, shared instructions, and imported prompt lists
• Reference images selected by you
• Task, image-generation, download, and export settings
• Generated responses and images needed to complete your tasks

The Extension interacts only with the ChatGPT.com page required to run tasks, detect completion, download images, or export conversations.

We do not collect your ChatGPT password.

2. Local Processing

Prompt queues, task settings, and workflow data are processed and stored locally in your browser.

Generated images and exported conversations are saved to your selected download location. This content is not uploaded to or stored on the developer's servers.

Removing the Extension may delete its locally stored data but will not remove files already downloaded to your device.

3. Content Submitted to ChatGPT

When you start a task, the prompts, instructions, and reference images selected by you are submitted through your active ChatGPT session.

This content is processed by OpenAI under its own terms and privacy practices. The developer does not receive or store your prompts, reference images, generated responses, or generated images.

4. Account Information

The Extension may support Google Sign-In for account identification, subscription verification, and customer support.

Google handles authentication through OAuth. We may receive limited account information, such as your Google account identifier and email address. We do not receive or store your Google password.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment provider.

We may receive limited information such as your subscription status, plan, and transaction identifier. We do not collect or store your complete payment card information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or use your personal information, prompts, or ChatGPT content for advertising.

Information is shared only when necessary:

• With OpenAI when you submit content through ChatGPT
• With Google when you use Google Sign-In
• With the payment provider when you manage a subscription
• When required by applicable law or necessary to prevent fraud or abuse

These services process information under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Retention and Security

Prompts, reference images, generated content, and exported conversations are not retained on the developer's servers.

Account and subscription information may be retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.

Communications with our authentication and subscription services use secure HTTPS connections.

8. Your Choices

You may stop using or uninstall the Extension at any time.

You can remove locally stored data by clearing the Extension's storage or uninstalling it. To request deletion of account information held by us, contact the email address below.

9. Third-Party Services

The Extension may interact with:

• OpenAI and ChatGPT
• Google OAuth
• Subscription and payment providers
• Your browser's storage and download services
